Hi! We are the Tyver team — we’re building a global B2B SaaS Spy tool, designed for marketers, small business owners, and media buyers.

The product has its own Telegram channel where we share the development journey, current updates, and engage with active users

Growth and Development Opportunities You’ll Have as Part of the Team

• Build an independent finance structure from scratch, working directly with the founder
• Be part of launching an international startup

What You’ll Do

• Set up and manage financial processes (billing, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable)
• Handle payroll, tax filings, and VAT reporting in collaboration with our local auditing firm
• Ensure financial compliance with Cyprus regulations
• Own cash flow tracking and budgeting
• Work closely with the CEO to monitor spending and keep clean records
• Coordinate with local auditors for monthly and annual closing
• Recommend tools (e.g., accounting software) to structure finance operations

☀️ Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Proven experience managing finance for a small business or startup
• Ability to work independently and structure financial systems from the ground up
• Comfortable working remotely as a contractor

☀️ Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or tech startups
• Understanding of Cyprus tax, payroll, and financial compliance
• Familiarity with metrics like MRR, churn, and SaaS-specific financial flows
• Knowledge of cloud-based accounting tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
• Knowledge of global payroll service (e.g. 4dev.com)
